ECSM was founded in 1995 in Carlisle, PA by Gerald Redden. The primary focus was in Outside Plant Engineering with a Midwest Fortune 500 Company.  This major telecommunications company remains a primary customer with ECSM today, proving ECSM’s dedication to high quality performance and customer satisfaction.

Over the next few years ECSM expanded their technology and employee base to include other utility companies and a variety of services.

In 2000, ECSM purchased a Mansfield, OH based engineering company and acquired additional expertise in telecommunications including Planning, Outside Plant, NDGLC, and Transmission.  The company continued to expand in recent years, developing new avenues of business and areas of expertise, finally reaching its current state.

Today ECSM handles Fortune 500 companies and small and mid-size companies in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Indiana.
