ECSM provides a full service call center in support of other aspects of our business. We currently offer 24 hour a day dispatching for locating and damage investigation for several customers. ECSM also provides business hours dispatching. Whenever needed, ECSM offers a timely response meeting all requirements and guidelines and exceeding all expectations.
We currently work with three different state call centers and more than a dozen customers to provide Utility Mark-Outs for both contractors and individuals in “call before you dig” situations.
