ECSM offers Damage Investigation Services to utility companies experiencing underground and/or aerial damages due to excavation by a third party or due to car accidents involving utility poles and/or wires.
Our Damage Investigation services include the retrieval of police reports, DMV reports, underground locating tickets and addresses of third party damagers.
During a Damage Investigation, an ECSM employee will visit the location of damage to take photographs and witness statements. After visiting the location of damage, the ECSM employee will write up a detailed report of what damage was done and by whom.
At this time, ECSM is providing Damage Investigation Services to major telecommunication companies in New York. As quickly as a damage can occur, ECSM can respond to insure our customers the best opportunity to recover the costs of damage from all responsible parties.
