OSP Engineering
Our outside plant engineers are fully qualified and experienced in all disciplines of OSP detail engineering including DLC Site Preps, copper, and fiber optic cable designs. Our staff is experienced in the use of AutoCAD, Micro-Station, IDDS/ICGS, WPG, EWO and TAD.
ISP Engineering
We can provide routine engineering of transport, access, or other ancillary equipment installed in a typical central office. Our ISP engineers have planning, design, and construction experience and have the ability to perform cost analysis to determine the most financially effective and efficient manner of the placement of the placement of communications equipment.
Transmission Engineering
We can provide transmission engineers for copper T1 span lines, Digital Loop Carriers, and fiber optic transport designs complete with installation specifications.
Planning
ECSM can meet all of your OSP Planning requirements. Our staff can perform planning studies for exchanges, IX, feeder and distribution plant facilities. Our engineering staff is experienced in providing detail planning of studies required to establish carrier-serving areas for the deployment of digital loop carriers.
Facility Assignment
ECSM has a staff of facility assigners who are experienced in all disciplines of facility assignment: They can handle your day-to-day requirements for service orders and make decisions needed to work line station transfers to assign the orders to meet customer due dates. Our assigners are also experienced in preparing manual or electronic cut sheets for both large and small projects. They understand the importance of communicating with the splicer throughout the project to ensure that posting to your company's records is kept current and accomplished accurately.
